27th of Jul until 1st of Aug 2025 Fri 1 Aug 2025, 7:55:42 pm CET I believe this will be just a quick post to fill the gap between the 27th of July and the 1st of August. I have been busy with other things, so I haven't had time to write a full post. Coming back from a two weeks holiday demands a starting up period, but I also had to deal with some groundbreaking news that will completely change my work life. I can and am not allowed to disclose much, but it has serious impact on my future. I have to make a decision on how to proceed. Not long ago we lost one of my team members, and now we are looking to have another groundbreaking change enforced. I think I have to leave it with that for now. There are a lot of uncertainties, and I have to figure out how to deal with them. Where is the stability and quality of work life? How do we achieve that security, is it even possible these days? I am trying to wrap my around it, but I am not sure how to proceed. I will keep you updated on my progress, and hopefully I will have some good news to share soon. The issues and worries are always coming together, I have some other concerning news that occupies my mind, but I will not go into details here. I will have to see the impact first... The holidays - Giverny in France and the road trip in Croatia, were magic. Just what I needed, but it all feels so distant now. Already after the first week back to work. It feels like I need another holiday. July just flew by and we are already in August. End of summer thus... I have forced myself to enjoy and distract my self with the hobbies I love - 3D printing and tobacco growing to mention but a few. The tobacco plants were a delight to get back into and the 3D printer has been running again with a small little project. I was happy to be able to get into the creative little projects again with personal value. Did you know that..? I try to find an interesting historical event that occurred on this day.
