7th and 8th of Sep 2024 Sun Sep 8 2024, 6:36:11 pm CET So, guess what, the weekend was fantastic. As always! That is not the problem, the problem is that...yes, WHAAABAAMMM, the weekend is done. Well, almost at least. That feeling is something super positive. I know and I am fortunate in life in that. I have some fantastic news too, I do not only have the one Savinelli pipe on the way here. Even though I wonder how that is going because I can follow it with the tracking service. It is now apparently in Dublin. Err, why? It is an Italian pipe and I was ordering it from an Italian website. It seems Dublin is the new Poland... So that was that, but guess what happened today? Yes, I have ordered another tobacco pipe. Yes, I felt crazy today. Normally, it takes weeks (best case scenario) of research before I can order. OK, all the research was done. This is a pipe that I have had my eyes on for so long! Talking with my mum today and one thing led to another... Say no more. Well, if I can or not, I ordered already a tobacco pipe. But it is one of my absolute favourite one (I even have it listed in my bookmarks). It is from Peterson and it must be in my collection and it is called Donegal Rocky (XL90) Fishtail This has been one of my absolute favourite tobacco pipe for some time. It's fa bolus, isn't it? . I learned that it was the last one for that price... Thus, I ordered it today. J. is back from Knokke with his friends and then he was with his girlfriend K. who arranged her going-away party. She is leaving for Cyprus on Friday to study there for some time, J. is leaving with her to get her settled there for a week. We have enjoyed all the stories from the time at the seaside and also the time in Balen, brilliant! It is fantastic to have him back for a couple of days... There are other interesting projects at hand as well. One that involves the writing of my life story that I had to write. It also involves great personalities that I have had the honer to know for some time. I open the door for the process that is now in practice started... I have completed the first task... the game is at foot, as Sherlock Holmes once stated. Let's see if it Let's see if this is something for me... is a match. ...but now it is time for the evening before the work week starts. Again, let's zoom out before going horizontal.
