9th until 14th of Dec 2024 Sat 14 Dec 2024, 7:16:07 pm CET A whole work-week passed since my last update. Christmas decoration is almost completed, only some minor outdoor light still need to get installed. But most of the other stuff is up; both Christmas trees (yes, we do have two of them) are done, the Christmas radio station is playing and everything have found its rightfully place. Every year it is different, we start with a clean slate. I am just the helper, H. is theYoda (that would make me Luke) of Christmas decorations. On the more stressy side of things, the Christmas-stress, is finding the time to go out shopping for gifts. Like every year, I started mentally very early in November but sadly it stopped there. I only wish that I actually would have bought some of the gifts then. Not just lived with the false idea of having loads of time... I am still waiting for my latest 3D printer (seems to have been shipped in the sleigh of Santa clause) which is taking its good time. I have already received the hardened hot-end that was ordered at the same time from Bambu Lab in Germany. I am so excited - like a kid at Christmas - about it. Speaking of excitement within the same area, I am really doing some nice 3D printing projects with my updated 3D printing setup - the Prusa Mini+ and the Qidi Q1 Pro. I am really looking forward to the addition of the Bambu Lab family. My oldest Creality Ender 3 3D printer is another project. I really want to take the time to install all the upgrades that I have in store for it. It will be a great project giving it new life with direct drive, strengthened frame, dual z-axis upgrade and the new heatbed installation. More to come, for sure!
