6th until 15th of Nov 2025 Sat 15 Nov 2025, 6:13:26 pm CET OK, there have been quite a few days since the last post. It feels like I never had the time to land after Sweden. Then there was the Cologne trip, and now back to the daily grind. I never had the time to reflect on anything and do a proper update here. So, here we go. Consider this a catch-up post for the last 10 days. Let's see how far I get... Sweden and Cologne were both great and I took loads of pictures. Sweden was nice to visit family and friends, and Cologne was a fun surprise trip with J and K. We had a great time exploring the city and enjoying the local culture. Back home, life has been busy as usual, but I am managing to keep up with everything. The new NAS server This is the one on their official site. has arrived and I have started setting it up. It's been a bit of a learning curve, but I am excited about the possibilities it offers. Overall, things are going well, and I am looking forward to what the coming days will bring. I am currently migrating over some data - I have about 2 TB to move over, so it will take some time. I also have to make sure all the indexing and backups are set up properly. But so far I am supper satisfied with the performance and features of the NAS. It is Saturday evening now, and we are really enjoying a quiet night in with J. That is a real treat as well. Not a lot of that lately. Time to relax and recharge for the week ahead. Yesterday we met with nice friends T and G at a great Vietnamese restaurant called Dang's Kitchen The food and the atmosphere is great. Have a look here. in Antwerp. Highly recommended if you like Vietnamese food. Great atmosphere and even better food. Now we are getting ready to eat dinner - schnitzel with potatoes, cauliflower and cheese sauce. Yum! With that culinary delight, well finally continue our James Bond marathon - we are currently at "Skyfall". Exciting stuff! Did you know that..? I try to find an interesting historical event that occurred on this day.
