Just another day in crazyland where everything happens in a chaotic mix of private and professional things are mixed at the same time. Don't get me wrong, it's all happening in somewhat a controlled fashion but I have the feeling that it is not enough time for it. Not enough time to process. Not enough time to enjoy it. In the end, it leaves you with a chaotic aftertaste. And some things you simply do not have time to even consider...unfortunate. Tomorrow, someone is coming over to install the new kitchen faucet. I mean, that is something I already inspected, took apart and put back again (when it first started to have issues). But now, just to install a new one, there is just just no time for... Then what do you do, we reach out to the network and let someone do it. The true followers of this website will know of one of my semi-recent purchases, the air compressor. I must admit, there are people that thought it was a strange acquire. "Why an industrial rated thing like that", end quote. But, as I have explained, everyone need an air compressor. It is one of the most useful thing you can own. Also, it is a sentimental thing from my childhood and youth. OK, that was the intro, remember that when I tell you the following; yesterday I checked and adjusted the air pressure in carof my father in law. Then earlier this evening, the car of our neighbour ladies was next, this afternoon I took my air compressor and rolled it (yes, it is even mobile) next door and checked/adjusted the tyre pressure. Then, out of the blue, who is called in? Yes indeed, me (well, my air compressor) for the next customer. This evening, in a couple of minutes, I have to be ready for next car. The wife of my brother in law will pass by to, indeed you guessed it, check/adjust the tyre pressure. Fantastic! Can it be better, I am enjoying it to the max. OK, there you go, a snapshot from the last couple of days. We have been speaking with J to take part of his adventures from Antwerp and how he is doing in the new routines. A lot is happening there and he is dealing with it all on his way. Interesting and sometime frustrating to process as a parent. But, I think, we are doing a great job. If I can say that myself...
