30th of Mar 2025 Sun Mar 30 2025, 7:49:43 pm CET I was just thinking of a very quick update on yesterday's activities. Namely, the Masonic initiation that took place yesterday. No one who hasn't experienced it can ever prepare for it, describe it or even understand what it's all about. The memorable evening (which went into the early night) went well and all the practical arrangements went smoothly. This time is probably the nicest time of the yearwhen everything starts blooming. After months of the famous Belgium darkness (rain,gray clouds, rain, wind and some more rain) you start seeing the sun again. Everything that is growing out of the soil is enjoying it and exploding in fresh and lush greenery. Walking to the bakery one morning we passed this Look at this fantastic Magnolia! My dad will love it and I always think about him when I see a Magnolia in bloom.... The 3 of us have a drink together, I enjoy a nice IPA, before dinner. Later I drive J. to the apartment in Antwerp. We all suffers from a Sunday-sadness feeling (before another work-week kicks off again). It was a wonderful weekend that passed by much too fast! I guess that is something positive!
